ACT is going to lose customers soon with their absolutely useless customercare service.


I used to love ACT for their timely responses/fixes. But now I think they got more customers or something, they are providing lousy services. They are doing absolutely opposite of their Company’s tag line "Incredibly Fast"? more like "Incredibly Slow".


I registered a complaint 4 days ago and no response /status update. nothing. While I understand natural calamities happen and our wiring system being poor, we will have connectivity issues. I get that. But then don’t promise customers that they would fix in 48 hours. I have been calling them like crazy but all they say is "Our technicians are in the field ". "You can expect it to be fixed by the end of the day". Everyday, it is the same.


Secunderabad(Sikh Village) zone ACT services used to be good. But since 5-6 months its horrible. They close ticket without confirming if its resolved or not. They don’t call us anymore when it gets fixes. No message updates.


I hate to say this, BSNL provides a more quicker service these days than ACT.


Secunderbad zone.either improve your service, or you are going to loose a customer,
