I booked for a new connection in the first week of June 2017. The guy who came to collect the documents and money confirmed that the connection will be done in 4-5 days. But it has been 20 days and there is no connection yet. I have been calling the customer service everyday with not much use. The guy who took my documents did not pick my phone for entire two weeks and finally today he says that there is permission to run the cable in my area. So, kept my money for 3 weeks and letting me down with such a ridiculous answer.


The customer service guys are useless to the core. They don’t know the status and just keep telling that the connection would be done within a day or two. This company is such a joke.
