My service provider for Internet is ACT Fibernet. Today the Net got disconnected 3 hours ago and there is no sign of resumption. I do not know when I will get back the connection. I am writing this review using net through a data card of another service provider. Every time it is happening like this. It takes, some times 3 days to get back the connection. Such a smart service.
On making the complaint, the Customer service staff has the standard reply - wait for 24 hours. But it does not happen. They dont keep you informed of the status. They do not have toll-free line. Every time, you have to spend on phone charges for contacting their Customer service dept. Another way to lodge complaint is SMS; where also you end up bearing SMS charges. You have to incur expenses again if you want to contact them on your complaint. Sending emails is also of no use as you dont get any response.
ACT Fibernet should improve their services. Customers should not be made to incur any charges for no fault of theirs for contacting the customer service dept., Toll free line is a must. Proper response should be given for emails sent. Complaints should be resolved immediately as far as possible.
The above points were earlier taken up by me with the company and there was no response at all. Hence this review.
