I have been using ACT since last 7 years. Earlier this was Beam but later I think Act acquired BEAM. When ACT acquired, it seemed that they struggled to keep up the great job done by Beam. However, the good thing is that they learned from their mistakes and now became one of the best ISPs in Southern India. This ISP won many awards. The speed, service and the tariff are one of the best. When ACT is able to give such a wonderful service I am not sure why the major other providers in this business are still struggling. Probably they have to learn from ACT.
