I have recently opted for ACT Fibernet and I am seeing one issue after another.
Their lines continuously drops. Note it is not router issue. I have checked with good Cisco routers. Every 10-15 seconds it drops. For general browsing you may not feel, but for serious stuff like VPN connection to office ACT is useless for me.
Customer care just doesn’t care. Their agent cheat infact, just interested to get the payment. after that all your issues are not attended. just keep phoning them and they will not reply.
All this 30, 100 mbs speed of ACT is fake. it just seems to be speed till act network, after which it seems all are clubed and put in common bandwidth. So its like in riding royal royce in bangalore traffic. even if you have 500 km/hour speed available but you can ride at 20 km only.
