Have been using this for the past few months. The speeds are good when it is working, however, the connection keeps going down for days frequently. The only thing worse that the service is the customer care. Whenever you talk to customer care helpline u feel like you have interrupted them while they were very busy minting money. I actually ended up apologising to the Customer care before I hung up.
No one will ever get back to you with an update. u can be without connectivity for a couple of days for all they care. MTNL / BSNL is better than them. Do not think can even compare them to airtel.
Regret having surrendered my airtel Broadband.
