I was using act Internet connection for almost 1 year, now I have discontinued because the speed is too slow.
They are saying that our speed is correct upto the wire then its routers capacity to get waves. I would like to mention here that we did not get connection in one room on 1st floor. You can imagine the speed that whats app messages takes time to send.
Again you see the surprise, I requested one week before to disconnect my services from 31st March. They have delayed the action and now demanding subscription for April, which is totally wrong.
All service providers are like this only act is no exception.
