Worst Customer Service.

I wanted to terminate the connection since it was VERY unreliable and customer service is also EXTREMELY pathetic. If you are having issues, you call customer care, it takes around 10 mins for call to connect, then the customer care executives pick up the calls put on mute and disconnect making customer believe that some problem was there in the line. Call again, this time if you are lucky someone will pick up and not disconnect, but they will start blowing air into the mic and say they can’t hear anything. I scolded them for making fun of customers and then right away they started hearing clearly what I was saying. Disturbance went from 100 to 0. All I wanted was to get rid of this pathetic service. Sent so many mails still haven’t gotten rid of this. They call me even now asking me to pay the bill which shouldn’t even have been generated in the first place since I had very early requested for termination.


Please stay far away from this pathetic scam.
