I am sharing my own experience with ACT customer service and their connection.
I just faced a lot of problems with internet speed. It tests my patience. Once it works so nice and suddenly it becomes so slow even I am not able to browse freely. I am student preparing for competitive exams and I have a need to fill the forms frequently but due to their low speed, I am not able to fill it and submit soon and the page is getting expired.
I complained to the customer service, after a week they came to check my problem and reported that there was problem with fiber connection they installed to the router. They spent some time to look over it and said the problem is resolved. But I didnt seen any improvement in the speed and it was like as before very slower.
I was completely tired and ended up my connection. Really the service from them is very bad and in terms of internet speed I give THUMBS DOWN.
