I had a bad experience with act fibrrnet
I downloaded the app and places anrequest for fiber connection .
in couple of days the exutive came to my home and collected the document and collected the money and after couple of day no one turned to provide connection.
Then I called customer care they said thy will arrange tech to provide the service again then took week to provide service .
One more thing I asked change the connection in name of my mom thats also not agreed they asked me pay one month advance payment to change the moms name in the connection , which not acceptable . totally had a bad experience with ACT fibernet .
