I am using Act fiber net from last 2 years in Bangalore.Based on my experience I can say that Act is fastest and best broadband service provider. Below are the points that make Act best among all service providers:
-Cheaper as compare to other service provider’s plan(I have opted for 1149 plan in which I am getting 125GB data with 75Mbps speed)
-I have not faced any slowness in internet speed even in 4K resolution videos.
-In 2 years I have not raised any complain about the internet issue or speed.If they have any maintenance work then they will give you prior notice.
-They have act fibernet app in which you can raise any complain or check your data.
-If you have raised any issue related with your account or internet connection then you will only get the response from act in working hours/business hours.They don’t have 24X7 support.
