Bad customer support

The problem with ACT fiber is that they don’t respond to problems immediately. They may take upto 1 week to resolve your problems. They just keep repeating our technician will contact in 48 hours again and again. 48 hours is a complete lie. They never reach you until you visit the office personally and lodge a complain.


Another Con is FUP. This FUP finishes up within a week of 1st of every month. For those who’re new to Act corp., FUP is a fixed amount of GBs provided by Act. If you exceed the FUP, the internet speed gradually decreases. Coming to the point, Act certainly doesn’t have any explanation regarding the leakage of FUPs. The speed you get after exceeding the FUP is terrible.
