I have been using ACT Fibernet for some time and though the service is ok I have a complaint regarding installing ACT Fibernet connection. My brother-in-law applied for ACT Fibernet account no. 102380337702 paid Rs.7500 booked on 6th April 2020 in the name of Wilfred Vasanth Kumar. Despite repeated requests till date they have neither installed nor refunded the amount. It was required urgently for his daughter’s online 10th standard classes but till date they have neither installed ACT Fibernet nor refunded the amount. Very bad experience. Shoddy service.
