10 days now still my internet service down

Worst service provider, Since 10 days service is down and till today nothing is done, when ever I call to customer care they tell will be escalate to higher and till now nothing happened


they required space for equipment which I agreed to give, when they visited place they came without electrician and I came with permission from office which was wasted day


after that no body came for for my place and still they are not taking action upon it


I have requested to give call back still no executive called be back


I wonder are ACT is serious business internet provider, they are troubling always


this is my second network connection as I took as first connection had lot of connectivity issue after they promised me later I took second connection


now this is big hell in which I dint find any responsible people to answer or solve our problems


please pay back my with full refund I will raise a complaint to consumer court as I have full call details recorded with false promising .


not at all good worst please think before taking connection


today morning also I called till now I have not got any response from them iam thinking to complaint as these people are fraud .


before I take action I hope thinks will be resolved
