ACT fibernet is the one of the service providers in our area. they advertise very well in order to attract people but when comming to the services they aren’t respond nice and quickly. recently I got a network breakout due to the lan wire failure I complaint to the ACT fibernet custemer care but they didn’t responded quickly for a simple problem they took two days to resolve. two days my all important works are in incompleted state.the net also too slow.
