Very bad service Horrible experience with ACT Fibernet services. Made a payment online but was not considered and unable get customer support. Both via app and call. Via app the query is not getting registered. And via voice call Im always be in waiting queue as their customer support team is unavailable. Would like to give zero rating if pathetic customer service. No connection for past two days ticket was closed without resolving the issue. I had to reopen it . No update whatsoever in the app the ticket is just sitting there. Power to the mainbox goes from my house if I cancel then they again have to connect the main box from someone else and inconvenience 20 other customers they dont seem to care at all I have applied for Airtel now and waiting for a call back
