About Worse Customer Care Service

I temporary disconnected ACT internet for 1 month from ACT customer care service, after 1 month I requested to activated the connect internet, after connected the internet suddenly my bill was generated and it showing 1570/-, I sent a mail about this bill and trying to reach out with customer care service but still I couldn’t, without using internet how bill was generated, I am shocked.
