I applied for the 15 Mbps for Rs. 999 plan in January 2013 and got the installation up and running within 4 days. Till now, it is working perfectly fine. The best thing about this service is that they will install a box at your house, which will have a power backup.
So, if you use LAN wire you can use internet even after a power cut. This helps me to attend my conference calls uninterruptedly.
