Horrible customer service - Speed is just a joke

Took the 6 Month package by paying DD for 6 months. They promised an offer for 1 month free with 6 months subscription. For the first five months, no issues at all and the speed was good. Towards end of Oct’13 the speed went down to less than 2 MBps. Raised customer service request.


From that time on, still now, the problem is NOT resolved. atleast 10 service requests were raised to resolve the problem.


Advantages:




  • As long as there is no technical glitch, you get the speed promised.




Disadvantages:




  • Very poor or NO customer service.




  • Customer reps DO NOT turn up on time




  • No technical experience. Ex., They say straighten the wire and it will work; can you please test multiple times by doing the ping.




  • Even after explaining the issue to atleast 10 customer service individuals, they will ask you the same question again.




  • They don’t stick to their offers. At the end of 6th month, they had sent a bill for 7th month, though they claim it is 1M free. With NO committed speed for more than a month; not entertaining the 1M free offer; send the bill asking for payment.






DO NOT GO FOR IT, if your work is dependent on this. It will let you down VERY BADLY.
