I recently moved to new apartments in Bangalore and didnt have choice it to go with sole service provider ACT. Asked for TV and Broadband connection, installed in 1 day, very quick service. But next day my broadband stopped working, called up customer service, was on hold for 20 mins but agents were not free, left voice message but no response till now. Called up the guy who installed, he confirmed to come in 30 mins but did not turn up.
Tata sky is coming in building, will switch over to Tata sky immediately, also talking to Builder to have alternate option for Broadband. ACT customer service just sucks.
