Service issues

I have faced intermittent connection issues many times. Have been so much patient till date but last month after 5 days of network issue and this month 3days of such issues, have withdrawn my account with ACT fibrenet. Did not like their response when asked about adjusting unused days. After i requested for withdrawal of services then they came for discussion... Anyways decided not to go for act. Suggest not to go for act to others also
