I enrolled in ACTEs APPIAN online training and paid the full course fee upfront. After payment, I waited for two days no trainer was assigned, no session was conducted, and no proper communication came from their backend team.
Due to this delay and poor coordination, I decided to cancel the training and requested a refund multiple times over email. Instead of honoring the refund, ACTE kept sending repetitive emails, trying to push me to continue the training even though I had made it very clear that I was no longer interested.
Despite following up many times, they continue to ignore my refund request. I even offered to accept a 10% deduction and asked for the rest to be returned still no response.
This is unprofessional and unethical behavior. I do not recommend ACTE to anyone looking for serious, committed, or transparent training services.
