"I bought a pair of shoes based on their size calculator. After arriving I found that the shoe was a size smaller than the usual size of shoe I wear, although both were size 9. I was promised a free return pickup and an exchange which was never honored. I have nothing bad to say about the shoe itself, you get what you pay for. But do not buy from the Estore unless you are sure about the size."
After this was written the pick up was arranged and the product was picked up and the right size shoe is being sent. Interaction through the phone was pleasant and after the initial hiccup every thing is going ok.
Bottom line is:
I WOULD ORDER FROM THE ACTION ESTORE AGAIN.
I WOULD ORDER A SIZE BIGGER.
