I bought some school shoes online from actionestore.com. It is more than 8 days and I have still not gotten the shoes. Actionestore.com uses a sub-standard courier company called on dot couriers. The product is shown as in transit from Delhi to Hyderabad for the last 7 days. Calls to 1800 number gets through rarely and there as well you don’t get a complaint or a ticket number. You get assurances but no results. Trying hard to get my money refunded. Trying to avoid traffic and buying online has become such a nightmare. I am spending more time and money chasing these folks that what I would have if I just walked into one of the stores. For online purchases, better to stick to just Amazon.in, Ebay.in, Flipkart etc.
