There is hardly any avenue to register service. The facility on website doesn’t work. It makes you fill the entire form and then when you want to submit it doesn’t. The WhatsApp facility doesn’t work most of the time. Not sure whether all this is lack of customer focus or by design so that customer complaints don’t get reported.
