I bought 3 ltr geyser 3 month back in 2022. are leakage now. When I called customer care in Nov 2022. they did not respond and they responded after 15 days . Now they are saying we need to courier geysers to delhi and courier expenses charges pay for won pocket. I stay in Maharashtra and I need to courier it to Delhi. this caluse was never mentioned in the product description that servicing would be done only when product is shipped. Don’t purchase any Activa product is froud Company also Flipkart support that type of froud companies.
