Item delivered in damaged condition. Outer body has a big crack, wall support piece is also broken.This gyeser started leaking from inside just within 5 days to installation. I had to pay Rs. 300/- for installation. Defective product. Otherwise, delivery was good. Return process is painful.so pls read all reviews
