Bad bad bad after sales customer service

I ordered a 3 lit activa water heater

They send me a 7 lit LPG geyser

When I asked them for replacement they wouldn’t do it.!!

This is ridiculous cheaters ?? Don’t buy any product drop Active.!

Amazon should blocked the services of Active frauds.

!!!
