The most worst product and the most worst service center of them.never ever buy this gyser.
I have purchased the gyser from Flipkart .after just 3month gyser stop working and not supplying the hot water.I tried to complain abt it to service center, but unable to reach them on the phone number 099994 27599.A very pathetic service .I have called them more than 100 times on this number since last two weeks but hardly 4- 5 time I able to get the call answer during that they saying they will fix.but no solution
again I also called to another alternative number provided by the service center girl.but those were also not redly to listen me.and the way of talking to customer is unwelcome
I also reported to https://m.mouthshut.com/flipkart rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@flipkart for the same 1week before but no solution found for it yet as they are still looking into the problem .
it’s chilled waither in North India and I am feeling very harassed from both Active applience and Flipkart beacuse of no relevent solution even I have a one year of warrenty for the gyser.
A total waste of money a Active gyser .zero star for the product and zero star for the Flipkart to adding such a pathetic product to adding into their site.
