The education standard not up to the mark according to the fees that we pay.
Huge fees but no good overall result. Teachers are not at all bothered about the student results.
But the infrastructure is very very good and eye soothing.
Few Points I request the admin to take care if they are at all bothered about the development of the school based on the genuine feedback.
Admin of Adamas you can hide the negative feedback in your school review page but cannot change the truth or reality of current situation or may be happening for quite some time now.
# Quality and quantity of the food degraded from the past. The quantity served to the teachers is not the same to the students. If the students ask for an extra sandwich the dining Principal does not allow which is ridiculous, are we not paying the amount?
#Transport - Teachers always occupies the window seat and if any child takes the window seat teacher make sure to make him or her to take another seat. Teachers occupies the entire seat one of her and the next of her bag, this is very very bad. We are paying huge amount of transport fees and inculcating bad culture.
# Conduct the survey for the teachers which will help you to understand what the parents and students think about the same teacher. Many teachers bullies the student which has created a terror amongst the students which is hampering their learning.
What feedback mechanism you have incorporated for your teachers? Are they delivering quality education and providing correct feedback to the students? If you want your school to excel incorporate correct feedback mechanism for the teachers which is important.
Please remember as the students are there, so is your existence.
Don’t allow the malpractice in the school we do have evidences which we do not want to bring it to the public how your teacher have tampered the test papers and many such other activities.
Do incorporate the feedback mechanism for the teachers which is very very essential at the moment as the teachers in your school seems no way accountable for what they are delivering or the marks student is getting. Are the teachers questioned why the students are not performing well? Majority of the students are in below 50% If the parent complains, then the teacher becomes vindictive and says he/she is there for 20 years? Train the teachers to accept the feedback instead of being them in the comfort zone for 20 years.
We are sending our kids to Adamas definitely for holistic development but along with that we need our kids to have quality education. If a student is getting poor marks it’s the failure of the teacher not the student as the teacher failed to make the student understand the concept.
Parents are afraid of attending PTM as the teacher thinks it’s a one way feedback my child is not doing good but what effort they have put in? Look at the average result of your school in a particular class? not more than 50 -60% So you cannot claim you are providing a world class education.S tudent should be your pride not the activities or the functions that you conduct. You have the capacity please look into it how you can explore and bring the teachers out of the comfort zone.
It seems Adamas is worried about the negative review. Open yourself for reviews and adapt the changes that’s been highlighted then only it will prove that you are honest and have taken appropriate actions. It’s a genuine feedback which you always seek from parents so it’s given.
