I do not know about other sites but I think Adda52.com is legal to play Poker. I am saying it because Adda52.com cuts TDS from the amount that you win and also give you a TDS certificate.
I too got the certificate of TDS which was cut from my winning amount of Rs 10K once. So, I thought they are legal and authentic to play card games.
