Addis Marketing

I have sold my innova to Addis Marketing around 15 days ago. Terms agreed as below:

1. Price finalised (A)

   
   




2. Bankloan to be foreclosed by Addis Makreting (B)

   
   




3. A-B to be paid to me.

   
   

During actual transaction Addis paid (A-B)-15297. Also they never bothered to inform me. When i checked in my loqn account i found the difference. Upon enquiry they told me Bank offered them a waiver. They never spoke about waiver during the deal and have denied paying the difference. ADDIS MARKETING IN VILEPARLE IS FRAUD. THEY DO NOT HAVE VALUES AND ARE UNETHICAL IN THEIR BUSINESS.
