Same thing with me I think it’s a fraud website and I have paid ₹; 13000 for Crompton air cooler and no response, every time same reply only in mail is there anyway I can approach cyber crime, and also the getway of payments should be secured, I have made payment through credit card is there anyway I can get back my money
