I had ordered Samsung Galaxy i9003 mobile in March 2011. As I wanted to get brown color, I added a note when checking out. I got a call from Adexmart the next day saying I will get brown color. I was very surprised, and the mobile got shipped in no time. I was very happy at their service and promptness.
In June 2011, I ordered a wireless router and a memory card, and they are prompt and got it delivered faster though not as fast as the previous one.
Finally, I ordered a Samsung mobile(order# 007014) to gift it to my uncle as a birthday gift giving his address as delivery address in August 2011. 3-4 days passed by, and there was no delivery, no response. Then I mailed to customer care. Again, no response for the next 2 days. Finally, I called up the customer care after 10 days, and they said the mobile was out of stock and they do not know when the mobile will be available. By the time, my uncles birthday was already over. I was pissed off as they did not even bother call me on their own to inform me that the mobile was out of stock, and nor bothered to reply to my mail to customer care. I cancelled the order as there was no point waiting for them. They said they would return the money in 1-2 weeks, It is already 4 months. I keep calling customer care just to hear the same dialogue - "we will call you back".
I will never order again from Adexmart.
I also warn others to beware of them. You may end up calling customer care who never care about you.
