I purchased a Mocromax A85 mobile phone from this portal - Adexmart.
There were several problems with the hand set. I delivered the handset to Micromax service centre. The local service centre which isa franchisee, had sent the phone to their Delhi centre. Whole of Micromaxs service centre chains were non-responsive. They were not able to indicate me what has happened to my phone or when will I get it back.
That is when I approached Adexmart. The response was "You need to take up with Micromax". What is the role of dealer when the product vendor is non-cooperative?
Hence, I would only conclude that Shopping online on Adexmart may not end as a pleasant experience
