I purchased a "BELKIN Laptop Cooling Fan" from Adexmart. Though they said it’s available, it took them 9 days to deliver the product.
When I opened up the product packaging to my dismay the product package itself looked very old and used one. When I opened up the product and connected it with my Laptop, the fan of the Cooling pad didn’t worked at all. I tried it several time and even let it connected with the laptop for a while. I even tried it with the USB wall connector but it didn’t worked at all. It was very distressful and felt cheated after paying for a brand new and working condition.
I instantly logged a complaint with Adexmart Customer care, which were pathetic.I asked for return of the product and demanded my money back. I emailed them to keep a track of my complaint and kept on reminding them. It took them 10 days to reply me back saying that
"We request you to kindly send the product to our address. We will forward the product to the Concern team to Check. If it will work fine we will send you back the same product. It appears that they think it’s some sort of Rocket Science stuff and the customers wont able to use it. Although them make sure their customers wont even get a Users manual as well. They ruin the impression of Indian hard earn Online Retailers.
They want me to courier back their faulty and defective product on my expenses, so that they will make it work by some technician and send it back to me.These idiots don’t even speak about returning my money back even though I have asked for it.
I am very pissed off by their totally unprofessional and unethical behavior and cursed them from the bottom of my heart. I have dumped their garbage product in my garbage can. I strongly request my friends not to opt for adexmart from their lucrative offers as its fraud and also request all to spread the word for good.
