I would like to narrate an experience which I had with Adexmart.com.
I have ordered Galaxy S Duos with Adexmart.com on 31-Oct-2012. I tried calling them from same day to give telephonic confirmation. Strangely, their customer care has only one number and one person, who works from 11.00AM to 6.00PM. that also means, any query you have will be address only on their office timings. Never matter... I fed up calling them on same day (either phone will be busy or nobody picksup within their "Office hours") and manage to get them on next day. ie, 1st Nov.
The promise was delivery within 3-4 days. From third day on-wards I use to call customer care and ask them when are they planning to deliver the item, also asked about tracking number for the courier. Every day they use to tell me that they are going to dispatch the courier "TODAY".
Also I specifically asked, whether you have the Item in stock or not ? They agent confirmed that, they have the Item and it’ll be dispatched soon.I kept on calling them on 3rd, 4th, 5, 6... for any updates. But no luck other than usual answers.
Meanwhile I noticed their website that they have raised price of same item to 16650 (where I ordered it for 16090).On 7th day, I again called them, the Agent confirmed me that they dont have the item in stock !!!
That means, they dint know it when they took the order ? very strange !!
Anyway, by then I understood the reason why my order got Out of stock :), I decided to cancel my order and try some more professional networks. This was my first and last experience with "Adexmart.com". i’m lucky enough to choose "Cash on Delivery" option, so that I dont had to go after them for my money.
My advise to the readers is, if you are serious about you Order, pls consider some other professional stores.
