Hi i have every bad experience with Adhiraj group.. we see very good from outside but if we go inside and book the flat we are gone.. we cannot do anything then they just waiting that we should book the money and then our money will not refund..i have given me 2 lakh of rupees and they are not refund ing now.. saying it’s takes lot of time to refund.. bosesses are not there and will take time. I have paid from credit card and given to them and monthly i am paying fine for my credit card. It’s no 1 cheater kindly do not go with Adhiraj they will not compete on time it’s just fake builderand from our money he is building his empire.. i m filing case now case against him. So pls before booking think ten times and consult with senior even there are brokers who are fake in Kharghar which they just need brokerage from adheraj and convince to us that he is good builder...
