I reside in apartment built by this Builder. Within my house I see, very basic amenities are not fulfilled. No plan for Drainage, incorrect water connections. All the third parties who worked with Srinilaya builder like Plumber, Painter, Electrician complain inadequate payment made. It is not fair at all to dupe the customers this way. I don’t recommend this builder to any one.
Please dont go with this builder. The advertisement might look impressive using just power point and Flash software but when it comes to implementation, just watch out!
