We were one of unlucky families who bought flat in Adi Emerald in Gachibowli Hyderabad in 2013, initially it was going well but sometime in 2014 we observed things getting slow and in 2015 construction coming to stop. Builder(Adi Sathi Reddy) was supposed to handover flat in Sep 2014(as per agreement its 10 months) but it never happend and we started loosing EMI/money because of his nexus with LIC Housing in releasing amount without completion of work. Builder allowed us to occupy flat in 2015 but only after paying 100% of amount and no completion of any of the amenities or in living conditions. Water & Electricity were only ones which were given at the time of occupancy and that too with lowest level of quality one can imagine. Its been close to 1 year we have staying in that apartment along with 30 odd traumatized families still he choose not to complete.
Builder Adi Reddy started another venture in Bangalore by taking LIC payments from flat owners - he knows that he doesn’t have any credibility or reputation in Hyderabad. We have been fighting with this builder for the last one year, tried from various means of allowing him to complete venture on what he promised and published in his vouchure but still no luck. Interestingly his previous venture Adi Sarovar in Hafizpet(Hyderabad) has lot of issues even after completing 3 years back, one mistake was not enquiring about builder before buying flat in Adi Emerald - wish someone put review over internet like what we are doing now. We tried all means of ways to have him complete the project(including politicians & police) but none of them worked out as he managed to escape from Hyderabad and currently looking for scapegoats in his Bangalore venture.
Please do verify with the builder before making any purcahses in Adi’s North Lake, Bangalore Apartments. As someone said he closed his previous venture website and changed his company name to Adi Developers. He is also in legal battle with previous projects residents/associations. None of these are made-up stories, all these are actual facts which can be verified by visiting or seeing photographs of Adi Emerald or asking any resident about Builder.
