Hello everyone today I am sharing a painful incident of my life.I visited in ADI MOHINI MOHAN KANJILAL COLLEGE STREET BRANCH in end of July to purchase a saree for my sisters marriage purpose.The shop is very big and there are lots of small stalls for different categories of sarees.that day there are lots of customers were there and I am not finding any place to siit and see some saree from the shopkeepers.After 40 minutes I am able to find out a place to sat and started sarees.The price range is starting from ₹3000 for a good quality saree.There I choosed one saree of ₹ 5430 and they offered me discount of ₹ 270 for it.So I immediately grab the deal @₹5160
The saree was gorgeous and heavy and wearable for weedings.
After shopping we reached our home and I was very happy to see the entire saree by wearing it with a matching blouse.
Unfortunately my mother find out a small hole on the bottom part of the saree and I was shocked that this is very much visible from the from if I wear it in traditional way.
So after the next day I visited there showroom for exchange purpose as they were provide 3 day return policy with purchase.After reaching to the shop I discovered that there is no one ready to give us 2 minutes of time as they are busy with there brand-new customers.
After some while one shopkeeper came at to is and asked our reason of revisit, then I told him about the defective saree and he was not in a mood to return it and stated that we intentionally make a whole on the saree and asked for return.After a hour of discussion with there mAnasultanger we fade and choose to leave the store with out exchange the defect item.
