After using Puma products for almost 4 years I thought of going for Adidas products . I bought a pair of Sports Footwear(HISPANA - Article number - L12476) from Hyderabad( Inorbit Mall) . After I used it for one day I felt that they got loosened to a great extent . This makes me feel very uncosy when I am wearing them .
I wrote to care@adidas.com on July 1, 2011 and they replied the very next day asking me for the pics. But after sending the pics the very same day I haven’t heard from them .
This is not the way where such a big brand should hear the grievances of customtakeouters.
