I bought a pair of adidas shoes in August 2008. By the first week of November the mesh over my right toes started to tear.
I took the shoes back to the dealer who promised to get back to me in 4 or 5 days. After over two weeks I got a phone call saying it was a USAGE PROBLEM and I should continue using the shoes and SEE IF THEY TEAR FURTHER.
I have tried very hard and have failed to contact the person at the adidas office who handles these cases but unfortunately hes a real mover because hes never available and no one is willing to take a message. I have sent customer care at adidas two e mails but again no reply. The shoes still are with the dealer who has never bothered to call again.
I am not a sports person. I only walk for about 45 min every day in the colony so where does the question of USAGE PROBLEM arise. So now I have switched over to another brand of shoes and am very happy with them. The only thing possible with ADIDAS IS BUYING A PAIR OF SHOES.
AFTER SALES SERVICE IMPOSSIBLE. TRYING TO TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE IMPOSSIBLE. GETTING A REPLY TO MY E MAILS IMPOSSIBLE. WEARING ADIDAS SHOES AGAIN TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE.
My sincere advice to everyone is think twice before buying any adidas shoe
