I recently bought an Adidas winter jacket (Trail 3IN1CPR/P09959/2xl) for Rs. 5999/- from Khan Market shop. ( Adidas NTS Pvt. Ltd., 44 B, Khan Market) with Bill No. AS10/3292 dated 23/12/2010.
I bought it for use in Leh, for sub-zero temperature. However I am sorry to say that after only one day’s use, the lining /inside started smelling very badly and I could not wear it the second day.
Therefore my purpose of buying Adidas jacket for protecting me from harsh minus temperatures was lost.
I did not expect this from a product of a reputed company like Adidas.
I wrote above mail to Adidas customer care. What to say of corrective action, they did not even acknowledge my mail.
Did not expect it from them, an international brand. Such an indifference to a customer.
