I bought a bag from the store 5 months back for my college. It was a bad experience which should not be seen in the stores of big brand like adidas.
Firstly, there were no parking space, literally nothing. I had to park my vehicle in front of another shop.
Workers were low skilled and could not understand the demand of customers. Therefore Ambience was not at all good. I was shown some school bags instead of college one even after repeatedly telling them. The choices given were vey poor. It literally took me 40 minutes to choose the best bag for me. The quality of bag was good but not the shop. Seriously, this level of customer service standard is note expected from Adidas.
