Recently I visited them to buy a sony 3D led tv. The sale guy there don’t know any thing. He don’t know the difference between guaranty and warranty. He tried to bluff that sony India is giving full guaranty. In reality no company is giving guaranty now. The next day when was about to buy from reliance digital, the same sales guy from a dishwar called me saying that he will give free sony head phones, free transport with transport insurance. when I went there he said that stocks are readily available at their Bangalore store and promised me that he will deliver in a week.
After filling all finance forms and finance approval, other guy so called in charge came there and says he cannot give headphones . He said that the first guy who called me don’t know any thing. when I asked to cancel the deal he promised that he will give a dvd player. I paid advance and when I tried to contact him after one week he has no answer. Even the branch manager don’t know about the stock. He tried to convince me saying that particular model is discontinued. Now as festival is over I could not get that model anywhere else. Now I have to wait for one month to get that model. Please avoid this store.
