Had applied for a PL from ABFL in July via one of their sales executive, They collected all the documents and I received a message that my loan has been approved. I checked with the same person what would be the ROI & EMI, he replied: "ROI would be around 14-15% & EMI would be approx 10K & you would get a mail and message once you click on the link & approve your disbursement will be processed." 4- 5 day after this I was continuously in contact with this person whats the update, he said "mail & message ajayega madam", then suddenly 3rd August morning I recieved the amount in my bank account without any details. For atleast I week I was asking this person for the details he did not provide me then I taught of checking it with customer care, its then I got to know I was fooled and they had disbursed the loan @ 23% ROI without my consent. Even after this they had courtesy to tell me that "aap ek emi aishwaryasingh23 karke loan close kardo with 5% foreclosure charges on the loan amount sanctioned". I really regret applying loan from ABFL.
I have PL from renowened banks like HDFC, Kotak & IVL where they took my consent before disbursing the amount.
Pothetic service & staff is fraud. Its an advise to ABFL Team, please dont fool people around because one take a PL only for an emergency situation not for a leisure.
