Please don’t choose this bank for any Loans. still I am facing issue with these people. I asked for Pre closure letter to close my personal loan for that charged 2400rs, I had paid 2400 and still waiting for letter from a week. I don’t why these people are behaving like this. They will not respond for mails, calls, even they will not respond in the office also I waited more than 40min in the office. Also they changed the interest rates which they committed at loan processing time. Please don’t go with this Bank.
