I applied for the personal loan and it got approved after that I submitted all required documents after that verification also done I received welcome kit also this is what the last response from that it almost 1 months over didn’t received loan amount on my account when I complaint about this to customer care they keep telling me to wait for another 2 more day from past one month and now they are telling me that technical error they can’t see my application.
very bad customer service and un professional process my suggestion is not to choose this company for any reason at all
