They are just robbing the customers money and deny any claim or services despite of accepting the facts within themselves only that the claim is genuine. The IRDA needs to be more cautioned before giving licence to any company to operate with customer’s money for their personal welfare. They have tried to design the salesmanship very lucrative but the moment customers buy the product they come into their trap. They creat every types of inconveniance to the customers right from itregularity of performing their procedures for health check up, awarding health points correctly, accepting claims or providing reimbursement. They even cheat upon the sgents commission part also. Nothing is fair or heard in this company and the most shocking part is IRDA is also not withholding their license for robbing innocent customers. Hope industry should discard such unfair practices of individual industrialists and stop them for accumulating money by illegal means.
